Community Manager Job

Overview of Position:

The community manager has a passion for helping clients achieve that ah-ha! moment. The clients’ success is their success. The role is a mix of coach, consultant and content creator.

The community manager acts as the liaison between the client and its audience. They act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients with the resources they need to be successful in their campaigns, and ultimately increase retention by getting more results
  • Help client with best practices
  • Assist clients with CLIO
  • Repurpose quality content for social media and blog posts into bite sized bits of info (easily digestible)
  • Create training library
  • Attend weekly VPA and Marketing meetings
  • Host live Zoom meetings for clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns
Ideal Candidate Traits:
  • Objective and goal-oriented
  • High level understanding of the role and the company culture
  • Self motivated and enjoys working autonomously
  • Positive and professional demeanor
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, FB, IG, YouTube
  • Experience in Marketing and Communications
  • Experience with Content Writing
  • Good listener
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to connect and build relationships with clients and Driven team
Work Schedule and Pay:

The Community Manager position requires a commitment of 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible. Compensation is to be determined and will depend on experience.
